About the Fund
Good Samaritan Funds are for care of animals at the WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Pullman, Washington. Pullman is in southeast Washington State by the Idaho border. Funds are intended for care of ownerless animals or animals owned by persons unable to pay for care because of serious extenuating personal circumstances. Funds are intended for animals requiring life saving care and which have a good prognosis for long term recovery.

Please complete the following to be considered for financial support through the Good Samaritan Fund at Washington State University VTH. Funds must be used at VTH Pullman WA.

Terms

I understand that any funds that may be awarded must be used at the Washington State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Pullman, Washington. I further understand that any funds received will likely not cover the entire cost of the treatment and I will be responsible for any additional costs of treatment. Good Samaritan funds may only be used for the patient and purposes requested in this application.
